Oracle Virtual Server (OVS) when added to Oracle Virtual Manager (OVMM) report about error:
Server Not Owned By This Manager
1. Need to update UUID of OVMM in OVS server. In OVS run next command:
# ovs-agent-db read_item server manager_uuid (that ID of old OVMM)
Read ID of current OVMM in OVMM server:
# cat /etc/sysconfig/ovmm
UUID=0004fb00000100001fc3181855250c21 (copy that ID)
Update ID on OVS:
# ovs-agent-db write_item server manager_uuid "'0004fb00000100001fc3181855250c21'"
2. Now rediscover OVS server in OVMM.
That solution will work in case of clean OVS setup. If it was joined to resource pools and storage's you may be need to farther remove them.
If you need to reconfigure OVS-agent on server:
# ldm set-config factory-default
# shutdown -i5 -g0 -y
> stop /SYS
> start /SYS
# ldm rm-config ovm-initial
# ovs-agent-setup configure
